Chapter 645:

Stella and Emily cleaned up the kitchen, leaving sfood for Seventeen and Alicia. Seventeen sat by the bed

and looked at Alicia, feeling that she was very familiar to him, but he just couldn't remember why.

“Seventeen... Seventeen...” Alicia murmured as if caught in a nightmare, clutching wildly at the air while calling

out Seventeen’s name. Seventeen reached out and held Alicia’s hand, and she immediately quieted down,

though tears fell from the corners of her eyes.

Seventeen wiped the tears from Alicia’s cheeks with his other hand. He didn’t understand why his heart ached

when he saw her cry.

“Darling, since Uncle Seventeen has found someone important to him, he won't be with us,” Adrian said,

grabbing Stella’s hand. He was reluctant to part with Seventeen.

Stella touched Adrian’s head but didn’t respond. She didn’t know how to answer his question. Adrian stood up,

released Stella's hand, and went back to his room.

“RK, what about Little Rian?” Stella looked at RK, worried about Adrian.

“It's okay. Little Rian will figure it out,” RK reassured her, holding Stella in his arms.

The door to Stella’s room opened, and Seventeen emerged, holding Alicia. Stella stood up, watching Seventeen

with a selfish motive—she didn’t want him to leave, knowing that it would make Adrian sad.

Seventeen helped Alicia sit down. Adrian must have heard their voices and cout of his room. It seemed like

nothing had happened, but if you looked closely, you would see that Adrian's eyes were red. He walked over to

Seventeen and sat directly next to him, holding his arm.

Seventeen rubbed Adrian’s head. He didn’t know why Adrian was upset, but he wanted to comfort him.

“Sister Alicia, can you tell the story about you and Uncle Seventeen?” Adrian looked at Alicia and asked, eager to

learn why Seventeen had lost his memory. He wanted to help Seventeen regain it.

Alicia nodded. “I remember three years ago, Seventeen cto the country to look for me, but I didn’t expect to

lose him that year.” Alicia seemed to recall something, and tears fell down her cheeks.

Seventeen took out two pieces of tissue and handed them to Alicia.

Alicia smiled at Seventeen, took the tissues, wiped her tears, and fell into her memories.

“Mr. Seventeen, why are you here?” At that time, Alicia didn’t expect to see Seventeen as soon as she opened

the door. She happily threw herself into his arms. “I must catch up with you!”

Seventeen looked at Alicia, his face breaking into a smile. Alicia brought Seventeen into the house. Alice, who

had followed Seventeen, couldn't accept that her cousin and Seventeen knew each other—they looked so

familiar.

That day, Seventeen had gone out, leaving Alicia alone at home. When she heard someone knocking on the

door, she went to open it.

“Cousin?” Alicia didn’t believe it was Alice. She wasn’t familiar with Alice, and although they were cousins, they

had little contact.

“Cousin, | cto play. | heard my uncle say you were here, so | asked for your address. You don’t mind if | come

here directly, do you?” Alice asked with a smile.

“No, cin and have a seat,” Alicia replied, knowing that her father probably hadn't told Alice that she lived

there, but she didn’t expose Alice.

After Alice entered the room, she looked at all the decorations. When she went into the bathroom, she noticed

two sets of toiletries and thought of Seventeen.

“Cousin, | plan to stay here for a while, but | don’t want to stay in a hotel all the time. Can | live with you?” Alice

asked while watching Alicia pour water.

Hearing Alice’s words, Alicia's hands trembled, spilling water onto the table. She quickly put down the kettle and

grabbed a rag to wipe the table.

Alice didn’t miss a single detail as she observed Alicia's face. Just as she wanted to say something, the sound of

the door opening interrupted them.

When Seventeen returned home, he expected a stranger to be there.

“Mr. Seventeen, you're back!” Alicia set down what she was holding and walked over to Seventeen to help him

take off his coat and hang it up.

“Cousin, who is he?” Alice asked, looking at Alicia. She didn’t know him and wanted to know what Alicia would

say.

“Cousin, this is Seventeen, my boyfriend. Seventeen, she is my cousin,” Alicia said, looking at Seventeen.

Seventeen rubbed Alicia’s head and remained silent, not even glancing at Alice.

“Alicia, you're still young, but you already have a boyfriend?” Alice guessed that Seventeen and Alicia were

romantically involved, but when she heard Alicia’s answer, she still thought it was impossible.

Alicia pursed her lips and didn’t say anything, but in her heart, she thought that if Alice didn’t say it, her father

wouldn't know.

“Cousin, | only have one bedroom. If you want to stay here for a while, | can rent a house for you,” Alicia thought,

finding her cousin even more annoying. It was none of her business whether she had a boyfriend or not.

“Did you live together?” Alice asked, not pleased to hear that Alicia had tried to drive her away.

“Yes.” Alicia held Seventeen’s arm and nodded.

Though Alice had guessed it, she felt inexplicably angry when she heard Alicia's confirmation.

Alice approached Seventeen, who raised his head to look at her.

“Hello, we meet again. So your nis Seventeen,” Alice said, extending her hand toward him.

Seventeen remained expressionless and didn’t take her hand.

“Seventeen, do you know my cousin?” Alicia looked at Seventeen and asked, curious why he hadn't told her.

“I don’t know how,” Seventeen replied. Although he seemed to have simpression of Alice, he didn’t really

know her.

Alice’s hand remained outstretched, but Seventeen didn’t seem to see it. Alice awkwardly withdrew her hand.

Alice looked at Alicia and sensed there was something Seventeen didn’t want to share at that moment.
