Chapter 203 Austin's gaze instantly turned dark and intense. Suzanne had quickly covered his eyes the last ther towel slipped. But this time, there was nothing to block his view.

Suzanne panicked, quickly grabbing her nightgown and pulling it back on. Her face burned with embarrassment as waves of heat rushed over her. She didn't even need to look in a mirror to know she was blushing furiously.

Frustration welled up in her. Why did this keep happening? Austin must have seen everything! She instinctively looked at her phone, only to see him watching her with a faint smile. He was clearly amused by her flustered state.

Suzanne's face turned an even deeper shade of red! She glared at him and yelled with mock anger, "Stop smiling!" Austin's smile widened as he leaned slightly closer to the screen. In a low voice, he said, "Nice nightgown. I'll get you a few more next time." Suzanne felt a rush of blood to her head.

Was Austin teasing her? She quickly turned away and avoided his gaze, saying, "I'll hang up now. I'm going to bed." With her face still flushed from embarrassment, Suzanne ended the call before Austin could respond.

The next moment, his smile faded, and his expression turned icy. He had a score to settle with the Lloyd family. Suzanne gathered the fallen leaves from the table and walked toward the bathroom. She splashed cold water on her face to cool the heat rising in her cheeks.

Her gaze fell on the nightgown she was wearing, and she muttered in embarrassment, "I can't wear this again." She couldn't let something this awkward happen ever again. Just thinking about that scene made her skin crawl. After tidying up, Suzanne finally lay down.

The next day, the weather was bright and clear.

Flowers bloomed in full splendor in the garden that morning, filling the air with a faint, fresh fragrance.

Suzanne was reading a book quietly on the couch.

Rita walked in from the front yard, bringing a young woman with her. She respectfully said, "Mrs. Hall, this is the bodyguard Mr. Hall arranged for you." The bodyguard beamed immediately and said, "Mrs. Hall, my nis Roselynn Reed, and I'm 21 years old. Mr. Hall sentto protect you." Suzanne was a little taken aback as she hadn't expected Austin to send a young lady. She smiled softly and said, "Hello, I'm Suzanne. Just be yourself around me. Have a seat." Suzanne was used to being alone, so suddenly having someone by her side made her feel a little uncomfortable. Roselynn was indeed quite outgoing. She smiled as she sat on the couch next to Suzanne. With her chin resting in her hands, she stared at Suzanne intently.

Suzanne barely got through a few pages before Roselynn's intense gaze bectoo much.

Feeling a slight headache coming on, she closed the book and looked up at Roselynn. She asked softly, "Why are you staring atlike that?" But when she met Roselynn's gaze, she saw her eyes shining in awe. Suzanne paused for a moment, surprised.

Roselynn looked at her with a mixture of admiration and fondness, saying, "Mrs. Hall, you're so pretty! Your looks and figure are even more stunning than A-list celebrities!" Suzanne chuckled and replied softly, "You're quite cute yourself." Roselynn was far from modest. She cupped her cheeks with both hands and said happily, "Of course! I'm the Roselynn that everyone loves!" As she said it, she couldn't help but burst into laughter.

Roselynn leaned forward, and her eyes sparkled when she saw the m book in Suzanne's hands. "Wow, Mrs.

Hall Do you like the author, Ryan Gats? I've read this poetry collection as well!"

Suzanne glanced at the poetry book in her hands, and her expression softened somewhat. She stood up and walked toward the bookshelf with a smile and said, "I have more of his works here. Would you like to read them?" Roselynn nodded eagerly and jogged over to Suzanne, her expression full of excitement. She cradled the poetry book as if it were a priceless treasure.

Suzanne was surprised that Roselynn was into poetry as not many young women were into this kind of writing nowadays.
